1. Nature of service

The Throne is an entertainment platform. Users voluntarily deposit money to compete for a leaderboard rank. Deposits are non-refundable. This is not a lottery, gambling product, or financial instrument.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By entering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a deposit you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Minimum deposit is €1.00. All amounts are in EUR unless otherwise shown.

4. No refunds

All deposits are final and non-refundable. Leaderboard positions change as others deposit. Losing your rank does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Content

Messages displayed on the throne are the sole responsibility of the user who posted them. We reserve the right to remove any message that contains hate speech, illegal content, or personal data of third parties without refund.

6. Privacy

We store your name, email address, and payment amount. Your email is used only to notify you when you are overtaken on the leaderboard. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

7. Limitation of liability

This service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

9. Widerrufsrecht

Gemäß §356 Abs. 5 BGB erlischt das Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Inhalten, sobald die Ausführung begonnen hat und der Verbraucher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat. Durch Abschluss einer Zahlung auf dieser Plattform bestätigst du, dass die sofortige Ausführung beginnt und du auf dein Widerrufsrecht verzichtest. Alle Einzahlungen sind unwiderruflich und nicht erstattungsfähig.

10. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht des Betreiberlandes. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz des Betreibers (siehe Impressum).
